Prof. Vaibhav Bhamoriya is Assistant Dean (Academics) and Professor at IIM Kashipur.He has consulted for organizations World Bank, IRFT, UNDP, Government of India and Godrej Agrovet, FCI and NABARD among other organizations.He is a Fellow of IIM Ahmedabad and completed post graduation from Institute of Rural Management, Anand and a graduation from IIT(ISM) Dhanbad, Jharkhand.

Mr. Rajendra Kaushik has deep working experience with farmers.He has deep knowledge in Soil Health Management, Crop Residue Management and other Crop Production Process .He has around 35 years of experience in Haryana Agricultural Department and directly worked with farmers.Mr Rajendra holds B.Sc (Honours) in Agricultural Science from Chaudhary Charan Singh Agricultural University,Hisar

Bandgar Rishikesh holds a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT (ISM) Dhanbad. He has a strong passion for the startup ecosystem, with expertise in investment, investor relations, strategy, and market development within the agriculture sector.

Mayank Dahiya has completed a B.Sc. in Agricultural Science and brings strong expertise in crop protection and plant health management. He has a deep understanding of crop protection practices across both field crops and horticultural systems.

Lalit Upadhyay holds an M.Sc. in Agronomy and a B.Sc. in Agricultural Science. He has a strong understanding of agronomic practices across a wide range of field crops as well as fruit and vegetable crops.His expertise supports efficient farming systems.

Chiranjivi holds a Company Secretary (C.S.) qualification along with an M.Com degree. She brings expertise in secretarial compliance, secretarial audits, and GST compliance, along with strong experience in managing equity shares and investment-related processes. Her work supports effective corporate governance and regulatory compliance across company operations.

Rakesh Asgola holds an M.Com and an MBA, with experience in agri-commodities supply chains. He has a strong understanding of sales and marketing of agricultural produce, particularly cereal crops and fruits. His expertise includes working with produce from the Himalayan region of Uttarakhand, supporting value chain development. His work contributes to efficient market linkages.  

Parvinder Kumar is a B.Tech graduate in Computer Science & Engineering from IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, with over 20 years of experience in technology and entrepreneurship. He specializes in integrating AI-led tech systems with climate-aligned, regenerative agriculture and indigenous crop revival to drive climate-resilient farming and improve smallholder farmer incomes.
